Our Privacy Principles
我們的私隱政策原則
 
Accuracy Corporate Services Limited ("we"/"us"/"our", "ACCURACY") aims to build long term business partnership with our customers. It is therefore we maintain the following privacy principles to preserve the confidentiality of all personal data you provide to us.
鑑準企業服務有限公司(下文簡稱："我們"，"鑑準")以與客戶建立長期商業合作關係為目標。為此，我們貫徹以下的私隱政策原則以確保您向我們提供的一切資料均會嚴加保密。
We only collect personal data that we believe to be relevant and required to understand your operations and to carry on our services.
我們只會收集我們認為相關而有助於了解您的財務需要及以便我們營運業務的個人資料。
 
  1. We use your personal data to provide you services and carry out our duties.
    我們使用您的個人資料以為您提供服務及履行我們的職責。
  2. We will not disclose your personal data to any external organisation or party unless we (i) have your consent or (ii) have witness you have signed service quotation from that party or (iii) are required by law or (iv) have previously informed you and without your objection.
    我們不會向任何外部組織或第三方披露您的個人資料，除非我們(i)已徵得您的同意或(ii)已見證您已經簽署了該方的服務報價單，或者(iii)按法律規定進行或(iv)已事先通知您而您不反對。
  3. We may be required from time to time to disclose your personal data to governmental or judicial bodies or agencies or our regulators, but we will only do so to comply with the authority of the laws.

  • Our servers are protected behind "firewalls" and our systems are monitored to prevent any unauthorised access.

This Statement is made by Accuracy Corporate Service Limited (including our successors and assigns) in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The Statement is intended to notify you why personal data is collected, how it will be used and to whom data access requests are to be addressed.
本聲明乃鑑準企業服務有限公司(包括我們的繼承者及受讓人)根據{香港特別行政區[個人資料(私隱)條例]}而作出，目的是向您闡明收集個人資料的原因，如何使用資料和如何應對接觸資料的請求。
 
Collection of Data收集資料
  1. We may collect the data of customers and other individuals in connection with the purposes set out in this Notice. These customers and other individuals may include the following or any of them (collectively "you", "your"):
    我們可就本通知列明的用途收集客戶及其他個別人士的資料。該等客戶及其他個人可包括下列各類或任何一類人士(統稱為"您"/"您的")：
  • The individual who request for our services of any kind;
    對我們提出服務請求的個人;
  • persons linked to a customer or a corporation, including the beneficial owners and firms of that customer; and
    客戶或企業的關連人士，包括該客戶的實益擁有人及公司; 及
  • other persons who are relevant to a customer's relationship with us.
    與我們有客戶關係的其他人士。
  1. If the data requested by us is not provided, we may be unable to provide (or continue to provide) products or services, or to perform our duties, to you.
    若未有向我們提供我們所要求的資料，我們可能會無法向您提供（或繼續提供）產品或服務或履行我們的職責。
  2. Data may be: 資料可：
  • collected from you directly, from someone acting on your behalf or from another source; and

  • combined with other data available to associates of the Accuracy Corporate Service Limited.

Use of Data使用資料
  1. We will use data for the following purposes or any of them (which may vary depending on the nature of your relationship with us):
    我們可使用資料作下列用途（或其中任何一項），用途可隨您與我們的關係性質而有所不同：
  • considering and processing and determining whether to build or maintain business relationship with you by performing required procedures in client due diligence including but not limited to these procedures specially stated in the "Guideline on Compliance of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Requirements for Trust or Company Service Providers" issued by the Companies Registry updated from time to time;
    考慮及處理和決定是否與您建立或保持業務關係以執行客戶審查所需的程序，包括但不限於由公司註冊處發表並不時更新的對信託或公司服務提供者[反洗錢和反恐融資要求遵守指引]；
  • perform our services at your request or fulfill our duties in serving you;
    在按照您的要求下執行我們的服務或用以履行我們服務您的職責;
  • meeting our obligations, requirements or arrangements, whether compulsory or voluntary, to comply with or in connection with: any law, regulation, judgment, court order, voluntary code, sanctions regime, within or outside the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong") existing currently and in the future ("Laws");
    為遵守下列各事項或與該等事項有關而履行我們的責任、要求或安排（不論強制或自願性質）：現在及將來於香港特別行政區﹝「香港」﹞境內或境外存在的任何法律、法規、判決、法院命令、自願守則、制裁制度﹝「法律」﹞;
  • meeting our obligations or required any connections with any guidelines, guidance or requests given or issued by any legal, regulatory, governmental, tax, law enforcement or other authorities and any present or future contractual or other commitment with local or foreign legal, regulatory, judicial or law enforcement body, or court or other authorities with jurisdiction over all or any part of Accuracy hereafter (together the “Authorities” and each an “Authority”) that is assumed by, imposed on or applicable to us and any international guidance, internal policies or procedures;
    為履行我們的職責，或被要求任何有關的任何法律、監管、政府、稅務、執法或其 他機關所提供或發出的任何指引、指導或要求和對鑑準整體或任何部分此後具有司法權限的本地或外地法律、監管、司法或執法機關，或法院、或其他機關（統稱及 各稱「權力機關」）由鑑準承擔的、向鑑準施加的或適用於鑑準的任何現在或將來的合約或其他承諾及任何國際指引、內部政策或程序；
  • complying with any obligations, requirements, policies, procedures, measures or arrangements for sharing data and information in accordance with any programmes for compliance with or prevention or detection or investigation or prevention of money laundering, terrorist financing or other unlawful activities;
    按鑑準為符合預防或偵測或調查或防止清洗黑錢、恐怖分子融資活動或其他非法活動的任何方案，遵守於共用資料及資訊而指定的任何責任、要求、政策、程序、措施或安排；
  • meeting our obligations or to comply with any demand or request from the Authorities or regulatory bodies;
    遵守我們的任何責任，以符合權力機關或監管部門的任何指令或要求；
  • exercising our rights under contracts with you (including collecting amounts outstanding from you); and
    行使本行與您的合約賦予的權利（包括向您追收欠款）;和
  • any other purposes relating to the purposes listed above.
    與上述用途有關的任何其他用途。
Disclosure of Data披露資料
  1. Data held by us or an associated subcontractor of Accuracy will be kept confidential but we or the associate subcontractor of Accuracy may provide data to the following external parties or any of them (whether within or outside Hong Kong) for the purposes set out in paragraph (4) above:
    我們或鑑準伙伴承包商持有的資料將予保密，但我們或鑑準伙伴承包商可能會把資料提供給對外的下列各方或任何一方作上列第 (4) 段列明的用途（不論在香港境內或境外）：
  • any agents, contractors, sub-contractors or associates of the Accuracy (including their employees, officers, agents, sub-contractors, service providers and professional advisers);
    鑑準的的任何代理、承包商、次承包商或聯營人士(包括其僱員、成員、代理人、承包商、服務供應商及專業顧問)
  • any third party service providers who provide services to us in connection with the operation or maintenance of our business (including their employees and officers) and for services to you; and
    任何向我們提供與我們公司業務運作或維持有關的服務和為您提供服務的第三者服務供應商（包括其僱員及職員）; 及
  • any Authorities;
    任何權力機關;
  1. Such data may be transferred in and to a place outside Hong Kong.
    有關資料可能在香港境內轉移或被轉移至香港境外。
Data Access Requests查閱資料要求
  1. You have the right:您有權利：
  • to check whether we hold data about you and to access such data;
    查核我們是否持有您的資料及查閱該等資料;
  • to require us to correct any data relating to you which is inaccurate; and
    要求我們改正任何有關您的不準確資料; 及
  • to obtain our policies and practices in relation to data and to be informed of the kind of data held by us;
    獲得我們對於資料的政策及慣例和知悉我們持有的個人資料種類；
  1. In accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance, we have the right to charge a reasonable fee for the processing of any data access request.
    根據該條例的條文，我們有權就處理任何查閱資料的要求收取合理費用。
